These Terms govern use of the E.D.A Property Management System operated by Exotic Digital Access (E.D.A).

1. Acceptance

By using the platform, you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. Accounts and Access

• You are responsible for account credentials and all activities under your account.
• You must provide accurate and lawful information.
• You must notify E.D.A promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the platform for lawful property management and business operations only. You may not misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform.

4. Subscription and Billing

• Packages are billed according to selected plan terms.
• Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or agreed in writing.
• E.D.A may update pricing or package structure with notice.

5. Customer Data

You retain ownership of your data. You grant E.D.A the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, and support your use of the service.

6. Service Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows and third-party outages may affect availability.

7. Intellectual Property

The platform, software, and related materials are the property of Exotic Digital Access or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, E.D.A is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, misuse, or legal compliance reasons.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
